Fairity is a PropTech solution currently in development that helps housing providers manage rental demand more efficiently by reducing large volumes of applications to a small number of suitable candidates. Our AI-supported approach structures the tenant selection process, reduces administrative workload, and enables more transparent and fair decision-making. Instead of manually reviewing hundreds of inquiries, providers receive a curated shortlist of matching applicants based on predefined criteria. The platform can be tested without integration into existing systems and is designed to complement current rental workflows during the pilot phase. Fairity is currently in the pilot preparation stage, working toward collaborations with housing companies, property managers, and institutional landlords. We aim to improve efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in housing allocation while supporting both providers and applicants through a more structured process.
